This free module allows you to prepare payment requests for your customers, so you can collect part or all of a sale in advance. Payment requests have a similar structure to regular invoices but by default, no VAT is stated on the documents (this may optionally be adjusted). (Automatic) payment reminders can also be created to follow up the payment requests and once the payment request has been fulfilled by the customer, an invoice can be issued immediately. Payment requests in BestInvoicing have a double use: you can use them to create pro forma invoices you can use a payment request to have your customer pay upfront before you prepare a final invoice or proceed with delivery
